This article is dealing with a lot of good research into how hiring personnel react to possible people to hire with visible tattoos. This goes into greater detail about how specific this research becomes. With few who seem some what okay with it, are still towards a negative view of visible tattoos. With this some view visible tattoos terrible no matter what, some are a slight bit more okay with them depending on where they're placed on the body. There were also many questions and factors brought in that made the research very accurate, opposed to just asking if they're with or against visible tattoos.
I really enjoyed reading this article especially due to the fact of the research done. They asked a lot of good questions for the interviews. The most important questions to me that they asked were about what their personal preferences are towards visible tattoos. The interviews were solid and fair into what they thought themselves and for the organization they'd be hired for. The extensive research done is great, and it explained about the negative stigma there is towards visible tattoos in the workplace. This further helping me in my research to explain that there is a negative view on visible tattoos in an interview, and it could cost you that job you really wanted.
